This page explains what HeatReach collects on this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out our form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, and ZIP code, plus your answers about your business type, annual revenue, and monthly ad budget. That information is sent to our customer relationship system so we can review your answers and call you.

Marketing attribution

When you arrive from an ad or a link, we store the advertising parameters on that link (utm_*, fbclid, gclid) in your browser and include them with your submission, so we know which campaign referred you.

SMS

If you agree to receive texts from us, that consent is recorded along with your submission. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and, when enabled, tag-manager-based advertising analytics to measure site performance and ad effectiveness.
